Discount is available where members (and dependants) of visiting forces are not liable for Council Tax, but are resident with someone who would otherwise live alone at the property.
The discount is 25% or 50% depending on how many adults live in the property - please contact us for further details if you wish to make a claim under this category of discount. The discount does not apply to a dependant of a member of a visiting force if the dependant is a British citizen.
Electronic forms can be completed and submitted online, with no paper involved, which is not only our preferred method; it's kinder to the environment as well.
