Cooling Towers and Evaporative Condensers

The Notification of Cooling Towers and Evaporative Condensers Regulations 1992

All premises where cooling towers and evaporative condensers are situated must notify the local authority of their presence, irrespective or whether they are enforced by that local authority or the HSE.
