What services are available?
Our customer service advisors are equipped to deal with a range
of enquiries both in person and over the telephone. Most services
regularly used by customers are available at our Customer
Service Centre in the Town Hall, Oxford Street, Workington.
You will need to visit the Customer Service Centre for
all of the following services:

with form filling)
- All payments (including
council tax, penalties and special refuse collections)
- Arranging appointments

- Refuse collections (including
household waste, bulky items and appliance collections)
- Recycling
- Street cleansing and grounds maintenance (including public
gardens, flowerbeds and grass-cutting)

rats, ants)
