Customer satisfaction surveys
Here at Allerdale Borough Council we recognise the value of
consulting with you, our customers, and undertake a range of
surveys every year. We know that listening to
our customers is the best way of finding out whether our services
are meeting your needs.
The information gained from these surveys is used to improve
services for you. The surveys range from small scale, such as
consultation on the new Cockermouth Customer Service Centre, to
borough-wide issues using Allerdale's Community Voice panel which
regularly seeks the views of approximately 500 residents.
