Senior Officer salaries
We believe that it is important to be open and transparent about
what we pay our Chief Executive and senior
staff. The documents below specify the pay that they receive
for the role they play in running Allerdale Borough Council. This
information is published under the open government
licence, usage of the data is subject to the conditions of this
licence.
Further financial information for previous financial years,
including council income and expenditure, retirement benefits
and number of employees whose remuneration was £50,000 or more
is available in our Statement of
Accounts.
The average salary throughout the Authority is £22,183, with the
highest salary being £100,000 per annum. Therefore, the ‘pay
multiple’, the ratio between the highest paid salary and the median
average salary of the whole of the authority’s workforce, is
1:4.5 (as at December 2011).
