Keswick East Parish Ward - Keswick Town Council
An election for a town councillor for the area of Keswick East
Ward was held on Thursday 23 November 2017.
The result of the by-election for the Keswick East Ward was:
Patricia Katrina Horner 101 votes
David William Leighton 69 votes
Jean Murray (Labour Party) 236 votes
Donald Reginald Thoburn 126 votes
Number of votes rejected: 1
Therefore Jean Murray was duly elected as councillor
for the Keswick East Parish ward for Keswick Town
Council.
Moorclose Parish Ward - Workington Town Council
The result of the by-election for the Moorclose Ward Parish
Ward for Workington Town Council held on 21 September 2017 was
as follows:
John Bracken 100 votes
Matthew Ole Suddart (Labour Party) 279 votes
Number of votes rejected: 0
Turnout: 11.18%
Therefore Matthew Ole Suddart is duly elected as councillor for
the Moorclose Ward of Workington Town Council.
