Freedom Of Information disclosure log

Allerdale Borough Council is obliged to respond to requests made under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and the Environmental Information Regulations (EIRs). When information is considered for release, it is on the basis that the information is made available to all members of the public, not just the specific enquirer.

The council provides a full list of requests received and details of how it responded in the full disclosure logs which can be found on the Freedom of Information page. Below is a selection of the actual responses given. This list will be added to on a regular basis. You may wish to request information which is not available below, or is not provided elsewhere on our website and via our Publication Scheme. If this is the case, please make an FOI request in the usual way as outlined in our Freedom of Information page.
