Performance reports
The Council monitors performance on a regular basis through
management and team meetings, meetings with portfolio holders and
one to ones with staff. In addition to this the Council produces a
report on the progress of our Council Plan on a quarterly basis.
This report goes to our senior management teams, the Executive
committee and our Scrutiny Board. It is also made available on the
Council's intranet for staff.
The reports are also published on our website so that our
communities and partners can view them.
The format of the report combines both performance on projects
and activities and key performance indicators.The performance
