The Property Team is responsible for the management of Allerdale Borough Council's Corporate Property and we are looking for a high calibre individual to join us to drive forward the development and delivery of the Council Plan - Council Commitment to Local Communities 2012-15. You will be expected to provide a full valuation and asset management service, land acquisition and disposal, managing the council's aims and objectives as defined in the service plan and corporate strategy.
