Allerdale Borough Council want to make it easier for you to contact them for information or advice, to make payments or to tell the Council what you want from them.

All their Customer Service Centres are undergoing rigorous testing to ensure that they meet the new DDA legislation and make it easier for disabled people to visit.

In addition to the council offices there are many ways to contact the Council for information and advice. The website provides lots of information and advice and allows you to make payments over a secure connection. The A-Z section gives access to a wide range of information from Adaptations for disabled people to Collection of White Goods. It provides you with information, telephone numbers and links to other sites which you may find useful. There are special features on the site for disabled users ­just click on the 'Accessibility' link for help.
