Allerdale Borough Council's Environmental Health Unit as part of the regional bid co-ordinated by the North West Food Alliance continue to offer workshops and coaching in the Safer Food Better Business (SFBB) pack.  The Safer Food Better Business package has been put together in conjunction with members of the catering trade and environmental health officers.  Details can also be found on the SFBB link below.
