Property Services

Allerdale Borough Council has an in-house technical section of professional staff within Allerdale House providing building surveying services for building and minor civil engineering projects. Included in property services are Estates management and Land reclamation. The Section operates under business conditions and, therefore, under the terms and conditions of the Local Government (Goods & Services) Act 1970 which enables it to provide a service to Local Government bodies, Parish Council, Colleges, Schools, Health Authorities, Utilities and any non-profit making organisations.
