This document will be produced annually to assess progress on the production and implementation of the Local Development Framework. At later stages it will be used to assess the impact that policies are having in terms of meeting relevant local, regional and national policy targets. It will also provide an opportunity to assess whether or not policies and land allocations need adjusting or replacing due to lack of performance or changes within national or regional policy. The AMR will also be used to monitor the indicators used in our sustainability appraisals.

The AMR will also assess whether the Local Development Scheme (LDS) should be amended.
