Local Development Scheme (LDS)

The LDS identifies the documents that will make up the Local Development Framework and sets out a programme of work for their preparation. An updated LDS has now been approved by the Secretary of State, which has confirmed the removal of the Derwent Howe Area Action Plan from the list of Development Plan Documents that will make up the Local Development Framework.
A copy of the Local Development Scheme is available below.
 
The LDS will be subject to annual review via the Annual Monitoring Report.
