Site Specific Allocations
This document will identify sites for specific land uses as
well as providing policies relating to the delivery of such sites.
Often site allocations may be complemented in greater detail by
Supplementary Planning Documents such as
design guides or development briefs.
The Site Specific Allocations will deliver the targets for
housing and employment sites included in the
Regional Spatial
Strategy.
