Household waste - chemicals
Allerdale Borough Council has a duty to collect chemicals from
domestic properties, as they are regarded as household special
waste. If the chemical is in containers and identifiable as safe,
the Council will collect. If the chemical is unidentifiable, and
therefore deemed to be potentially dangerous the Council will
sub-contract to Alco Waste Management.
