time or your fifth, there will be something useful in it for you.
The first part explains what all the words and terms used in this
guide mean. It also explains terms you may come across
in other information about housing. The useful contacts
section at the back lists all the different organisations that you
can contact for help. If you've got any questions or aren't sure
about what you're entitled to, don't be afraid to ask - that's what
they're there for!
