Activ Zone @ Lakes College
The newly refurbished
sports facilities at the Lakes College in West Cumbria are up and
running and there's loads to do.
They have a full sized state of the art sports hall, outdoor
playing fields for Rugby, Football and a Multi Use Games area, a
massage area and a gymnasium which includes IFI (Inclusive
Fitness Initiative) equipment so that everyone can make the most of
the facilities. The site also boasts a hairdressers and a
restaurant.
There are a range of classes on offer including
Keiser Cycling and Circuit Training then why not follow it up with
a Swedish Body Massage or some reflexology?
Opening times for ActivZone are:
Mon - Thurs: 7.30am - 9pm
Fri: 7.30am - 7pm
Sat: 8am - 4pm
Sun: 9.30 - 2pm

Sessions cost £4 (£3.50 for students)
