Sport and Recreation Newsletter
The Sport and Recreation Unit works with many
partners to provide and support a range of sport and leisure
activities across the borough such as:
- ‘PARCS’ summer children’s activities
- 10p swim scheme
- Community Sports Coaches (Hockey &
Gymnastics)
- Maryport Summer Holiday programme
- On the Move Passport scheme
- Coach Education Courses
- Leisure facility improvements
- Cumbria Youth Games.
The SPARKS newsletter is produced
on a quarterly basis, is available to download at the bottom of
this page and reports on 
the activities of the
unit and its partners which include:
