Sports clubs
To find out where you can go to find a sports club or take part
in some physical activity check out the new
comprehensive 'one stop shop' of all sports and physical
activity available in Allerdale and across Cumbria now available on
the Active Cumbria website.
They have details of over 500 clubs on there from karate to
kitesurfing and fencing to fitness classes.
To access the site go to the Active Cumbria Club search link at
the bottom of the page. If you are not already on the database, you
can do so by also clicking on the link and pop you details on free
of charge! You can have a whole page just for your clubs
information, a great way to promote what you have to offer.
Constituting your Club
Whether you are going for Club Mark Accreditation or would just
like to constitute your club, setting up a Bank Account and making
sure you have all the right policies and paperwork you can
download everything you'll need from a Child Protection Policy
to a Code of Conduct template from the Active
Cumbria Website. Visit Active Cumbria Website for
