Archery for Visually Impaired
The Cockermouth Company of Archers are currently running
sessions for people with a visual impairment.
If you are interested in having a go or know someone who would be

Sessions run at Dean School and The Grassmoor Centre,
Cockermouth.
Sports Activities for Children with disabilities
Multi Sports
Sports Sessions for children with disabilities (between Ages 3 - 14
years old) and their families will be provided by
Netherhall Community Sports Centre every Tuesday evening from
6.00pm - 7.00pm. Activities will include Trampoline, Basketball,
Football, Obstacle Course Etc.
Cost: £1.00 per child per session (siblings
are welcome)
Swimming
Swimming sessions take place at Netherhall Community Sports
Centre on a Thursday evening between 5pm - 6pm for
children with disabilities and their families.

ActivZone Lakes College
The gym at ActivZone now includes the new IFI equipment
which is accessible to disabled and non disabled people*. If you
would like to take a look around or book an Induction call
(* people will need an induction before using the
gym).

page. It has everything from summer activities for young
