The Council monitors performance on a regular basis through management and team meetings, meetings with portfolio holders and one to ones with staff. In addition to this the Council produces a report on the progress of our Council Plan on a quarterly basis. This report goes to our senior management teams, the Executive committee and our Scrutiny Committees.
How are we doing against our key priorities and targets?
The format of the report combines both performance on projects and activities and key measures especially in relation to our key priorities in the Council Plan.
