Notice for customers accessing revenues and benefits services

Posted on 09 March 2020The self-service online portal will be unavailable temporarily for both council tax and benefits usage.
The online e-claim form whereby customers can apply for housing benefits will also be unavailable. The online portal (inc CTAX, benefits and landlord services) will be unavailable to the public from 4pm on March 4 until March 11. E-Claim will be unavailable to the public from March 4 to March 9.
The business rates service will be unavailable from March 9 to March 11.
