Payments

There are many different ways you can make a payment. We offer Direct Debits for payments of Council Tax and Business Rates. There are four dates you can choose from for your Council Tax Direct Debit. The 1st, 8th, 15th or 22nd of the month. Business Rates Direct Debits are taken on the 5th of each month. 

Payments can also be made online 24 hours a day for a range of our services or on our automated payments line by calling 0300 373 3730 .

Planned maintenance

Our payments system provider is planning some maintenance on their system on Sunday 19 November 2023 which may mean that our payments system will be out of use for a short period during the day. We apologise for any inconvenience during this time.
