People urged to avoid walking by the river at Barepot, Workington

Posted on 19 December 2020For safety reasons, people are being urged to avoid walking by the River Derwent at Barepot in Workington, due to further damage and undermining of the river bank in the area.
Council officers will assess the site on Sunday December 20 and take the necessary action to make the area safe.
