Planning enforcement action

You can contact us about any possible breaches of a planning permission. We shall investigate and, where expedient, take action.

If there is a breach of the planning regulations, then we prefer to work with the individual concerned to get it rectified without formal action.

We also investigate breaches of the building control regulations. You can find out more from our building control team.
