Coronavirus

Coronavirus restrictions remain in place across England including Allerdale. Some of the rules on what you can and cannot do changed on April 12. However, many restrictions remain in place. This link includes details of the roadmap out of lockdown.

Reporting a potential breach of planning regulations

If you think someone has breached the planning regulations, you can report it to us.

Once we have enough information our officers will investigate and if it is found that there has been a breach and it is expedient to take action, then we will do.

We will require you to give us some of your information such as name and address, however, this will not be shared with the person or organisation you are alleging has breached the planning regulations.

Please include enough information to ensure that we can investigate. This includes an address, any contact details, and a description of why you think the regulations have been breached.

Please use our general enquiries form to report a potential planning breach. You may have to register with the myAllerdale system before doign so.
