Licences - Sunday trading

You can find more information on Sunday trading laws on the gov.uk website

You do not have to inform us if you are to open on a Sunday, and the law regulates the opening hours and not the types of goods on sale.

The Sunday Trading Act 1994 regulates shop opening hours. It does not regulate street markets and car boot sales. These are subject to separate local planning legislation.
